Spring Fishing is Almost Here

Welcome to Appy's Angling Adventures. We are located on North Vancouver Island, and whether you are looking for the thrill of deep sea fishing, or intend to spend a tranquil week fly-fishing on our rivers, our guides have the experience, equipment and motivation to make your trip one to remember for a lifetime.

Deep Sea Adventures
The sun rises over the mountains of the eastern shore. It's early morning and you're at the dock packing your gear. You smell the ocean (and who can forget that). Looking out over Kelsey Bay, hoping the calm breeze stays that way, and knowing that today you will land your fish.

On The River
There are no deadlines here. No timings to meet, no bills or issues or concerns. A clear river flows over the rocks, and you cast the fly out onto the water. Only the trickle of the stream, amid endless high trees and the morning sun. It is only you, and nothing else matters anyway. There is a bubble and a flicker- your first strike of the season.
